Lari Caldwell is a retired Licensed Social Worker Certified and worked as a Probation Officer, Family Counselor, Mental Health Clinician and Supervisor of Adult Services with the Caroline County Department of Social Services. She is currently Vice-President of Care and Share, an organization that raises money for vulnerable adults and children who do not qualify for other forms of assistance. She serves on the Londonderry on the Tred Avon Board of Directors as well as on the board of the Friends of the Dorchester County Library. She is also active with the Skipjack Nathan of Dorchester and the Dorchester County Adult Public Guardianship Review Board. In her free time she enjoys knitting, sailing, traveling, yoga and spending time with her grandchildren.
Ken Sadler was the CEO of the Sadler Agency with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance where he achieved the Chartered Life Underwriter Designation and was a member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy Reserves where he rose to the rank of Lieutenant and served on a heavy cruiser. Mr. Sadler enjoys being on the water and is Captain of the SV Audacious and the historic Oxford Bellevue Ferry. He also volunteers his time as a Caring Clown playing the role of, “Dr. Goodwrench.” When not volunteering he spends time in his pottery studio.
For more than thirty years, Mr. Hollis has been a dedicated public servant on the Eastern Shore. He is the current Talbot County Manager and is a past Town Manager of St. Michaels and member of the Talbot County Council. He is a member of the International City and County Managers Association and has sat on the Talbot County Planning Commission, Housing Advisory Board and Public School Ethics Panel. Mr. Hollis is a 2007 graduate of Shore Leadership and a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Mr. Hollis enjoys spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, and enjoying the beach.
Susan Andrews moved to Londonderry in 2016 following her career as an educator in an area north of Los Angeles, California. She was a United States History Teacher and taught students of all ages and ability levels. She was inducted into the Ventura County Educators’ Hall of Fame and was also named the Dona of the City of Camarillo for her contributions to her hometown. She was an active volunteer with her church and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum.
Susan is an active member of the Londonderry community. She is a member of the Londonderry Activities Advisory Group and the Jammers. Susan also helps with Londonderry’s holiday decorations and the community’s tree with the Festival of Trees. She is a member of Christ Church – St. Michaels where she is a Eucharistic Minister, Docent and Reader.
Susan enjoys reading, walking and most of all family life with her husband, Chuck, and their two sons, daughters-in-law and three grandchildren.
Pat Lewers is the current President of the Londonderry Board of Directors. This is her second three-year term on the Board. A native Washingtonian, Lewers is a graduate of the University of Maryland and taught fourth grade in Baltimore before raising her family full-time. Mrs. Lewers is an active member of the Mid-Shore community and has volunteered with the Easton Memorial Hospital, Talbot County Garden Club, Talbot County Historical Society and St. Mark’s United Methodist Church. She is currently volunteering with organizations that support individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. Mrs. Lewers enjoys playing golf, gardening needlepoint and spending time with family.
Mr. Rolle retired to St. Michaels after a successful 50-year career in marketing and communications in Washington, DC. His career highlights include managing media relations for the Pope’s year-long visit to the United States in 1985, serving as the Marketing Chair of the 1985 US Open Golf Championship at Congressional Country Club and filling in as the Georgetown University Director of Communications and the Director of Marketing for the Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. Mr. Rolle is very active in retirement and currently serves on the Talbot County Board of Liquor License Commissioners, Easton Airport Board of Advisors and Talbot Spy Board of Advisors. He is also a member of the Institute for Religion, Politics and Culture at Washington College and the St. Vincent de Paul Executive Committee. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, ten grandchildren, and great-grandchild, playing golf, reading and dining out.
Kevin Moran is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Credit Officer at 1880 Bank. He has more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry and has lived on the Eastern Shore for nearly twenty-five years. Mr. Moran is an active community volunteer and supports Channel Marker, the Bay Hundred Youth Task Force, Easton Rotary Club and the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Moran and his wife life in St. Michaels and they have two adult daughters.
Sara Rich is the CEO of Choptank Community Health System where she previously served as Vice President of Community Programs, and later as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She has a distinguished record of accomplishment and dedication to community health, and under her leadership CCHS added the Bay Hundred Dental Center and Easton Pediatrics and increased performance results related to patient experience and employee engagement. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University and has more than twenty years of experience in local, state and national health care settings. Mrs. Rich is a current Board Member of the First Wesleyan Church in Easton and Saint Martin’s Ministries in Ridgely. She and her husband, Matt, have lived on the Eastern Shore for the past thirteen years and have two young sons.
Phil Dinkel relocated to St. Michaels from Montauk, NY where he was President of FEEM Inc. and rose to the rank of Captain with the Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad. He is also a US Army veteran. Mr. Dinkel is an active member of the Eastern Shore community and has served as a St. Michaels Commissioner, Chairman of the St. Michaels Appeals Board and member of the St. Michaels Waterways Management Advisory Panel and Miles River Yacht Club Board of Directors. He also volunteers with the Coast Guard Auxiliary and designs Londonderry’s newsletter, the Tred Avon Times. When not volunteering, Mr. Dinkel enjoys golf, boating and reading.
