Irma Toce has served as Londonderry’s CEO since 2014 and her favorite thing about coming to work is contributing to the strong sense of community among the residents and staff and making a difference in someone’s life.
Irma has more than twenty-five years of executive experience in the senior housing field. Prior to her role at Londonderry, Toce has served as a consultant in Senior Living and Home Care. Prior to being a consultant, she held Regional Operation Positions for large Senior Housing Companies throughout the Northeast.
Irma earned amaster’s degree in Healthcare Management and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work as well as a Certification in Therapeutic Recreation from Manchester Community College.
Irma enjoys collecting sea glass and long walks with her dog Leon.
In her spare time, she volunteers for Bumper T Caring Clown, with weekly hospital visits.
She lives with her husband Frank, dog Leon, cat Rufus and her very vocal parrot Elmo.

Director of Dining Services
Chelsea joined the Londonderry Team as Director of Dining Services in January 2019. She was born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and has worked in the food industry for more than ten years. Chelsea holds certifications in Nutrition, Chronic Disease and Health Promotion. Cooking and food have been part of her life since childhood. One of her favorite memories growing upis cooking with her mother.
Chelsea is a registered bone marrow donor with Be the Match and is on-call to donate to anyone requiring a donation. Chelsea hopes she can help save a life. She became passionate about bone marrow donation after experiencing the challenges of finding a matching donor through her grandfather’s battle with Leukemia.
Security and Transportation Coordinator
Tylean “Ty” Collins, Security and Transportation Coordinator
Ty has been a member of the Londonderry team since 2006 and recently assumed her new role as the Supervisor of Transportation and Security. She is an Easton, Maryland native and is the proud mother of two adult sons. Ty enjoys Londonderry’s welcoming and friendly community and working with a great group of peers. What you may not know about Ty is that she is scared of heights, and in her next life she would like to come back as a billionaire.

RN, Health & Wellness Coordinator
Lorraine began teaching wellness classes at Londonderry almost five years ago. Lorraine was recruited to be the Nurse and Health & Wellness Coordinator in 2016. In this role Lorraine manages the medical operations of the community and also develops programs that emphasize wellness. Lorraine loves that Londonderry’s team and residence embrace and support a holistic approach to aging and wellbeing.
Lorraine began her professional career as a Registered Nurse and spent 22 years working in surgical nursing. About 20 years ago, she developed an interest in health and wellness. Lorraine went on to become a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. More recently, her interests have evolved into holistic healing and she has taken classes in music and dance therapy, acupressure, nutrition, yoga and positivity.
When not at work, Lorraine spends time with her family – she is a mother of four and loves being a grandmother!

Erica joined the Londonderry Staff as Activities Coordinator in the spring of 2019. She has more than 20 years working with seniors and served as the Events Planner for an active 55+ community in central New Jersey for the past seven years before relocating to the Eastern Shore with her two daughters, Allie and Leila.
While only at Londonderry a short time, Erica loves the sense of community she feels each day among the staff and residents and looks forward to strengthening that bond through her work. Erica shares Londonderry’s commitment to a holistic approach to wellness and believes that staying active and engaged in one’s community develops an important sense of belonging for residents.
Erica dreams of traveling to Italy, Greece and Amsterdam and her favorite movies are The Wizard of Oz and The Notebook.
Jennifer Hughes has been with Londonderry for nearly fifteen years. She started working in the dining room while attending college, and later transitioned into the accounting office. In the last 5 years Jennifer was promoted to Controller. Jen enjoys working with the team and residents. She loves the sense of community Londonderry’s cooperative structure creates.
Jen is an Eastern Shore native and grew up in Preston. Her fondest childhood memories are of growing up on her family farm and playing with her cousins. Jen has served as a Firefighter/EMT for the Preston Volunteer Fire Company for more than ten years. When not at work or the firehouse, she enjoys spending time with her husband and Golden Retriever, Max.

Director of Sales & Marketing
Rachel has been with Londonderry for more than four years. She loves working with the residents and the entire team. Prior to her role at Londonderry, Rachel worked for several homebuilders which gave her a wealth of experience in new home sales and construction.
Rachel is an Easton native and grew up on her family farm with her two younger brothers. She attended Salisbury University where she met her husband, Jeff. Together they are raising three active boys and enjoy spending time with family and friends nearby.
Rachel is a lover of history and old things and finds comfort in feeling close to the past. One day, she would love to visit Egypt to see the pyramids. She loves traveling and Eastern Shore Summers which aren’t complete without Maryland crabs!
